Yes it has some rust and as you can see from the photos all the parts are there to rebuild the car if that is your thang. All new interior except the front and rear seats. All of the new chrome is on the car or still in the boxes included is the trunk floor pan and the floor pans. The ones in the car are not that bad but they are with the car if you want to install them. 1970 Novas are some of the most sought-after car on the classic market does this car need some love yes but her bones are very strong.
